White Wolf Private Credit and Source Capital Partner with Seneca Partners on the Acquisition of Wyoming Corporate Services

White Wolf Private Credit Management, LLC partnered with Source Capital to support Seneca Partners’ acquisition of Wyoming Corporate Services. The financing package included a senior secured term loan, a preferred equity investment, and common equity co-investment.

Wyoming Corporate Services, headquartered in Cheyenne, provides corporate formation services including registered agent services, entity formation, aged shelf companies, and business services.

Mike Skaff from Seneca Partners stated the parties “worked collaboratively and efficiently through due diligence” and expressed confidence in achieving significant growth during their ownership.

Gerald Pitts, WCS owner, praised all parties as “professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entirety of the transaction process.”

Wyoming Corporate Services was founded in 2003. Seneca Partners is a Detroit-based independent sponsor. Source Capital is an Atlanta-headquartered firm founded in 2002. White Wolf Capital Group has been operational since 2011, with offices in Miami, Chicago, Montreal, and New York City.
