White Wolf Capital Invests in Hilco Plastics Holdings, LLC

White Wolf Capital announced an investment in Hilco Plastics Holdings, LLC, partnering with Gemini Investors to recapitalize the company alongside its management team. BlueWater Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hilco.

Hilco manufactures and assembles plastic products using thermoplastic and gas-assist injection molding technology. The company serves customers in medical, automotive, furniture, marine and other sectors. It also applies abrasion resistant hard coat compositions and operates as one of the only UV curable, robotically sprayed, abrasion resistant hard coaters in the U.S. Established in 1947, Hilco operates three manufacturing plants in Michigan.

Gemini Investors, founded in 1993, is a Massachusetts-based private equity firm targeting lower middle market companies. Since inception, Gemini has invested approximately $500 million across more than 90 companies, typically deploying $3 million to $8 million per transaction.

White Wolf, which began operations in late 2011, focuses on direct and indirect investments in North American middle market companies with $20 million to $200 million in revenues. The firm targets management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth investments, with preferred industries including manufacturing, business services, government services, technology, security, aerospace, and defense. White Wolf maintains offices in Miami, Chicago, Montreal, and New York City.
