White Wolf Capital Group has appointed Sean Lafferty to serve as Operating Executive within its Portfolio Operations Group.
Lafferty’s background spans technology and manufacturing sectors. He began his career as a semiconductor engineer in 2006, supporting major corporations with computer chip development. He subsequently founded Sym Systems, an IoT energy monitoring venture that secured private funding and achieved a successful exit. In 2012, he became President of LCP Machine and orchestrated operational improvements that led to the company’s acquisition by Consolidated Machine & Tool Holdings, LLC (CMT), a White Wolf portfolio company.
At CMT, Lafferty held progressively senior positions overseeing acquisitions and integration efforts. He expanded the organization from 100 employees across two sites to 350 employees across eleven locations.
Corry Doyle, Managing Director and Head of White Wolf Operations Group, stated: “Sean’s deep understanding of systems, technology, and business processes will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless integration process for our portfolio.”
White Wolf Capital Group, established in 2011, targets direct and indirect investments in North American mid-market companies, focusing on firms with $20-$200 million in revenues. The firm maintains offices in Miami, Chicago, Montreal, and New York City.
