The company, headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, provides hardened windows, doors, and protective systems to federal agencies and commercial clients.
Management retained minority ownership in the transaction. Elie Azar, Managing Director at White Wolf, stated: "We are very excited to partner with Joe Simpson and his team at JS Global" and highlighted the firm's "20-year history" and reputation alongside plans to support M&A growth initiatives.
