Tietjen, headquartered in Atlantic Beach, FL, provides specialized services including low voltage structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV systems, and building automation solutions. This acquisition enables Norlee to expand its service offerings with complementary engineering and installation capabilities.
Wally Budgell, President and CEO of The Norlee Group, noted this represents their “second closing in 90 days, and fourth in just over 2 years in Florida,” emphasizing the partnership’s importance to completing the transaction.
Judd Kohn, Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Lending Solutions at White Wolf Private Credit, described Tietjen as “a natural fit with the Norlee Group’s business,” allowing expanded low voltage cabling services to existing clients.
