Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a White Wolf Capital Group platform offering plumbing and HVAC services across the Southeast, announced acquiring Putnam Mechanical Services, LLC as its second acquisition.

Putnam provides HVAC and refrigeration solutions for commercial and restaurant clients throughout Southwest Florida, establishing itself as a premier regional provider. This acquisition strengthens SSP’s commitment to delivering mechanical services under the SSP brand.

Blake Conner, Managing Director at White Wolf Capital, expressed that the partnership expands Seacoast’s Florida footprint and provides Putnam with resources for Southeast expansion.

Chris Lail, Putnam’s President, stated excitement about the partnership, emphasizing commitment to maintaining service excellence while growing the platform regionally.

Putnam Mechanical, founded in 2006, offers commercial HVAC, heating, cooling, and refrigeration services leveraging 75 combined years of industry experience and professional relationships.

SSP actively acquires profitable plumbing and HVAC businesses in the Southeast, leveraging resources to strengthen established companies in the fragmented home and commercial services market.

SSP targets acquisition candidates meeting specific criteria: Southeast-based plumbing/HVAC firms with exceptional customer service records, loyal customer bases, strong management teams, expansion potential, and gross revenue up to $100 million.

White Wolf Capital, operational since 2011, focuses on direct and indirect investments in North American middle-market companies with $20-$200 million in revenues, preferring manufacturing, business services, and technology sectors.
