Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a platform created by White Wolf Capital Group, announced the acquisition of GMS Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning—the platform’s fourth acquisition. The company provides plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration services across the Southeastern United States.
GMS specializes in residential and commercial HVAC services throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, covering Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard Counties. This acquisition strengthens SSP’s expansion strategy in Florida.
Blake Conner, Managing Director at White Wolf, stated the acquisition “represents an ideal fit for Seacoast’s expansion strategy across Florida” and highlighted the “strong management team led by Steve Mazzilli.”
GMS operates from locations in Palm City and Palm Bay with a team of 40 employees, specializing in HVAC service, repair, and replacement for residential and commercial systems.
SSP actively acquires service businesses in the Southeast and seeks opportunities meeting specific criteria, including revenues up to $25 million, exceptional customer service records, loyal customer bases, and strong management teams.
