Seacoast Service Partners (SSP), a platform established by White Wolf Capital Group, announced its acquisition of Advanced Cooling and Heating LLC (ACH), marking the platform's fifth acquisition. The company specializes in delivering plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration services throughout the Southeastern United States.
ACH provides residential HVAC services across Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. This acquisition strengthens SSP's expansion efforts in Florida and delivers "an ideal fit for Seacoast's expansion strategy across Florida," according to Blake Conner, Managing Director at White Wolf.
Advanced Cooling and Heating was established in 1996 and is led by Erik Bryson and Victor Da Silva Jr. The company focuses on HVAC system replacement, installation, repair, and maintenance for residential customers in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
SSP pursues acquisition opportunities in the Southeastern United States, targeting plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration businesses with revenues up to $25 million. The platform prioritizes companies demonstrating exceptional customer service, loyal customer bases, strong management teams, and potential for geographic expansion.
