White Wolf Capital announced that NSC Technologies, LLC has acquired Superior Resource Group, Inc. White Wolf recapitalized NSC in partnership with management in November 2016. The acquisition enables both companies to expand service offerings to clients.
Paul Rodriguez, CEO and Founder of NSC, stated: "We are really excited about this acquisition and look forward to partnering with SRG's management team." He added that "NSC is committed to providing the necessary resources and capital to support further growth and expansion." Transaction details were not disclosed.
Superior Resource Group, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, provides contract engineering services including skilled trades staffing and direct placements across various industries. The company is known for its entrepreneurial approach and collaborative recruiting methodology.
NSC specializes in staffing and workforce management for defense, marine, energy, and industrial markets. The firm identifies technical professionals and craftspeople for direct hire or contingent positions.
NSC actively seeks add-on acquisitions with $10-150 million in revenue, focusing on industrial staffing providers serving shipbuilding, construction, power, telecom, and manufacturing sectors.
