White Wolf Capital announced that NSC Technologies, LLC has acquired Nationwide Temporaries, Inc. White Wolf had previously recapitalized NSC in partnership with the management team in November 2016.
The acquisition expands both companies' capabilities by providing access to additional industry verticals and enabling them to broaden their service offerings to clients. Paul Rodriguez, CEO and Founder of NSC, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating the companies look "forward to partnering with Nationwide's management team" and providing "resources and capital to support further growth."
Elie Azar, Managing Director of White Wolf, emphasized the firm's commitment to both organizations, noting White Wolf is "committed to providing both NSC and Nationwide with the necessary resources to execute on their growth plans."
Nationwide Temporaries, based in Denver, Colorado, specializes in placing qualified personnel for construction and light industrial sectors. Founded in 1993, the company offers day labor, temporary-to-hire, direct hire, and payroll services.
NSC specializes in staffing and workforce management across defense, marine, energy, and industrial markets, identifying skilled professionals for direct hire or contingent roles. The company actively pursues acquisition targets with revenues between $10-150 million that provide industrial staffing and related services.
