White Wolf Capital Group’s NewCo Plastics announced the acquisition of Magenta LLC and its affiliated entities Permian Plastics LLC and MM Plastics LLC. This represents NewCo’s third acquisition since formation as a vertically integrated custom plastic injection molding platform.

Magenta and its affiliates deliver customized injection molding solutions across healthcare, personal care, biotechnology, chemicals, food & beverage, and additional sectors. The transaction strengthens NewCo’s position in supplying mission-critical manufacturing to medical, pharmaceutical, personal care, and industrial customers.

Bob Mallo from Magenta expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “NewCo’s strengths in customer relationships, workforce development, and quality manufacturing align perfectly with our culture.”

Jordan Earnheardt, White Wolf’s Vice President, noted that combining both organizations’ customer-focused approaches would expand service capabilities and benefit stakeholders.

Magenta was established in 1969 and maintains SQF certification and FDA registration. The company operates from a renovated facility near Chicago, supplying medical, pharmaceutical, personal care, and food & beverage markets.

Permian Plastics, based in St. Louis since 1994, provides custom injection molding across healthcare, biotechnology, electronics, and telecommunications sectors.

NewCo Plastics targets North American plastic manufacturers with $5-50 million revenues across diversified end markets including medical, aerospace, and defense sectors.
