White Wolf Capital Group announced that CEIS (Critical Energy Infrastructure Services), one of its portfolio companies, has appointed Mike Kaveney to serve as Chief Executive Officer.
Kaveney previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at BHI Energy, where he led all operations and the integration of numerous acquisitions before BHI’s sale to Westinghouse Electric Company. He also served as President of WeldTech Services prior to its acquisition by BHI. His educational credentials include an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
In his new role, Kaveney will oversee strategy, operations, business development, and integration efforts at CEIS. White Wolf’s Chief Executive Elie P. Azar expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, noting that “Mike’s experience and his knowledge of the energy infrastructure services industry will be invaluable to CEIS.”
Kaveney commented on the opportunity, stating he was “extremely excited to join CEIS and partner with White Wolf in the growing of this fantastic business.”
CEIS functions as a holding company focused on acquiring U.S.-based firms providing staffing and human capital solutions to power generation customers, targeting companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million.
