DCCM, headquartered in Houston, Texas and owned by White Wolf Capital Group, has acquired Southstar Engineering & Consulting, Inc., based in Riverside, California. The deal expands DCCM’s engineering capabilities and presence in California’s infrastructure sector.

Southstar’s leadership team will continue guiding the company. “The acquisition of Southstar will allow us to expand our engineering services in California,” stated DCCM’s Chairman & CEO James F. Thompson, noting the combined firm will strengthen service delivery to clients and employees.

Jason Bennecke, Southstar’s new CEO, expressed optimism: “Joining DCCM promises to produce a new era of possibilities for Southstar.” He highlighted how DCCM’s resources enable expanded service offerings to clients.

Blake Conner, White Wolf Capital’s Managing Director, emphasized the strategic value of the partnership in advancing DCCM’s California operations.

Southstar has operated for over thirteen years, specializing in public works and transportation infrastructure projects including bridges, freeways, roadways, and sewer systems throughout California.
