DCCM, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced acquiring R. G. Miller Engineers, Inc., a Houston-based infrastructure services provider serving public and private sector clients.
Jack Miller continues as President of RG Miller following the acquisition. Jim Thompson, DCCM's CEO, stated: "I've known and worked with Jack in the civil engineering industry for over 30 years and am thrilled to have him as a business partner."
Miller expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting: "Having the opportunity to leverage our history and experiences with those of Jim's within the Texas and U.S. marketplace will undoubtedly help accelerate our growth."

DCCM provides design, consulting, and construction management services across infrastructure markets. It actively seeks add-on acquisitions of U.S. firms with $10-150 million revenue specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure services.
