DCCM, a White Wolf Capital Group portfolio company based in Atlanta, has acquired Peoples & Quigley, Inc., a civil engineering firm specializing in water resources engineering. The acquisition combines DCCM's design, consulting, and construction management services with Peoples & Quigley's expertise in dams, embankments, potable water, and wastewater solutions.
Peoples & Quigley operates from three Georgia locations: Atlanta, Cartersville, and Athens. The firm has spent nearly 50 years building a reputation for delivering engineering services to public and private sector clients focused on sustainable water management solutions.
Christopher Quigley, CEO of Peoples & Quigley, stated: "This partnership allows us to expand our capabilities and better serve our clients" by combining strengths to enhance service offerings.
James Thompson, DCCM's Chairman and CEO, noted the acquisition represents "a great step for DCCM" and that Peoples & Quigley's water engineering expertise will strengthen their service offerings across Georgia and nationally.
