January 16, 2018 — Acquisitions
CSI IT, LLC, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of The Vine, LLC. Transaction specifics were kept confidential.
Corry Doyle, White Wolf's Managing Director, expressed enthusiasm about expanding CSI's platform through partnership with Vine founder Skip LaVigna, highlighting "strong relationships and solid reputation" in the Northeast and commitment to pursuing additional acquisitions.
Joe Bendix, CSI's CEO, praised LaVigna's accomplishments in IT staffing and consulting, noting his transition to Vice President of Sales for the Northeast Region would help clients "find the people with the right skills" efficiently and affordably.
LaVigna stated the merger would enable Vine to "provide more value to our clients, partners, and consultants" through access to CSI's administrative and recruiting capabilities.
The Vine, founded in 2008 and based in Milford, New Jersey, provides IT staffing and consulting services throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
CSI specializes in permanent and contract IT resources for system implementations and upgrades, operating for over seventeen years from its Tallahassee headquarters.
