Consulting Solutions International (CSI), a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of Meridian Staffing Services and Meridian Technologies. Transaction details remained undisclosed.
Corry Doyle, White Wolf's Managing Director, expressed enthusiasm about expanding the CSI platform through partnership with Meridian founders Chris and Monteen Pillay. He highlighted "complementary customer relationships, synergistic operational capabilities" and growth opportunities in the MSP marketplace.
CSI CEO Joe Bendix noted that Chris Pillay would assume the presidency of Meridian's division and join the company's board. He emphasized that Meridian's recruiting capabilities would enable CSI to provide "a complete range of competitively priced high-volume IT resources" to Fortune 1000 and MSP clients.
Chris Pillay stated the merger would "expand our service offerings and identifying opportunities that will bring additional value to our clients and our people."
