Consulting Solutions, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of iBridge Solutions, LLC, an IT consulting firm with over 20 years of experience serving major corporations with a strong blue-chip customer base. iBridge operates from St. Louis, Missouri.
iBridge will function as a standalone division within Consulting Solutions, maintaining its focus on delivering technology services and workforce solutions throughout the St. Louis region.
The acquisition strengthens Consulting Solutions’ market standing as a rapidly expanding workforce solutions and consulting services provider across North America. iBridge will continue offering contract placements, contract-to-hire arrangements, direct-hire positions, and Statement of Work engagements across various technology platforms.
