Consulting Solutions, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of Empyrean Services and The Empyrean Group, which provide consulting to nuclear and non-nuclear power industries.
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Empyrean will operate as a standalone division within Consulting Solutions, providing engineering resources across traditional energy and nuclear projects.
Corry Doyle, White Wolf Capital Managing Director, stated the firms share cultural alignment and that clients will gain access to broader technology expertise through the combined organization.
