Consulting Solutions, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of TEK Connexion, a technology services and workforce solutions provider with offices in Chicago and Pittsburgh. Transaction specifics were not disclosed, though the company underwent recapitalization following the deal.
The acquisition strengthens Consulting Solutions' market position by adding TEK Connexion's service offerings, client roster, and technology consultant talent. According to Corry Doyle, White Wolf's Managing Director: "The combined organization strengthens Consulting Solutions' position as one of the top 40 technology workforce and consulting services providers in North America."
Michael Werblun, CEO of Consulting Solutions, emphasized shared values between the companies, noting both organizations prioritize relationship-driven, client-centric approaches. TEK Connexion co-founder Frank Kozar stated the partnership would deliver enhanced technology expertise and consulting capabilities to their stakeholders.
Consulting Solutions specializes in agile development, application development, advanced analytics, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP solutions. The firm has received recognition including placement on Inc.'s 5000 list and awards for workplace excellence.
TEK Connexion, established in 2008, built its reputation providing international technical talent and specialized expertise across financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and transportation sectors.
