White Wolf Capital announced that Charlie Peiffer, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PAE, will assume the role of CEO at JS Global.

Elie P. Azar, Managing Director of White Wolf, praised the appointment: “We are very pleased to have Charlie join the JS Global team and look forward to partnering with Charlie in his new role.” Azar noted Peiffer’s track record since their 2009 introduction, describing him as possessing “broad based business knowledge, multifunctional expertise, and great leadership.”

Joe Simpson, President of JS Global, echoed this sentiment and indicated the company has spent months planning its strategic direction with Peiffer, stating his “background, experience and achievements align with the future needs of the business.”

Peiffer expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity, highlighting his admiration for “the brand and capabilities built by the JS Global and ADG teams” and viewing the combined organization as positioned for growth in anti-terrorism and force protection services.

Peiffer led PAE from March 2021 through February 2022 and served as CFO from April 2014 until the company’s 2022 sale to Amentum. His previous roles included CFO at IAP and senior positions at ITT, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Honeywell, GE, and Lockheed Martin. He holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting from Jefferson University and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
