CEIS, a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, has continued its growth with the acquisition of IEM Energy Consultants, a national provider of operations & maintenance consulting services for power generation clients and power plant operators nationwide.
CEIS functions as a platform established by White Wolf Capital in 2022 to acquire U.S. companies serving the critical energy infrastructure sector. IEM represents the third acquisition, following Clover Leaf Solutions and Rayne Staffing.
Jeff Fassett, IEM’s President, expressed enthusiasm about joining CEIS, noting they share “a common vision of expanding and improving the services we provide to our clients.”
Rob Shepard, Vice President of IEM, highlighted that “The partnership with CEIS will serve to strengthen and broaden our service offering to our clients.”
Elie P. Azar, CEO of White Wolf, stated the company is “excited to begin our partnership with the IEM team and expand CEIS’s offerings.”
