CEIS, a national provider of services to the critical energy infrastructure sector, has completed its acquisition of Clover Leaf Solutions, an Albuquerque-based consulting and staffing firm serving Department of Energy laboratories and commercial clients.
This marks the second acquisition under the CEIS platform, following the acquisition of Rayne Staffing in December 2022. CEIS functions as a holding company established by White Wolf Capital to acquire U.S.-based companies providing human capital solutions to power generation customers.
Matt Custer, Co-Founder of Clover Leaf, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that White Wolf’s “skilled leadership” would “propel us to new heights in the energy infrastructure industry” while benefiting employees and clients.
Elie P. Azar, Managing Director of White Wolf, indicated the firm looks “forward to partnering with the Clover Leaf team to expand CEIS’s geographic reach and service offerings across the United States.” He highlighted how “the CEIS platform has become an acquirer of choice” in the sector.
Clover Leaf provides technical services including construction management, facilities management, inspection, and environmental and safety services. The transaction terms were not disclosed.
