Aero Precision Buys Out Remaining Fall Machine Minority Interest

Aero Precision, LLC announced that Fall Machine Company, Inc., headquartered in Somersworth, New Hampshire, has become "a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aero Precision and will conduct business under the Aero Precision name."

The firm initially acquired a controlling interest in Fall Machine during March 2016 as part of efforts to broaden its production capabilities and geographic reach.
